My room was not properly prepared upon arrival. The air conditioning was broken, and I had to request a room change to a smaller room. The staff seemed unconcerned about these issues and were not proactive in resolving them. I found the service lacking.

The hotel boasts a quiet location near Mont Juic, I found it really peaceful. The decor looks awesome. The hotel gave me a welcome voucher for a drink. It was limited to beer or cava, but I really appreciated it. It was a nice touch!
